**What you’ll need to succeed as a Manager, Technology VMO at XPO**

At a minimum, you’ll need:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 5 years of industry experience in IT product and services procurement, sourcing, and IT contract administration; preferably in large, multi-state, multi-national IT departments
+ Knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) operations or service management processes
+ Experience with contract administration, governance, and customer relationship management

Preferred qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical area; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), MS in Computer Science or related field preferred
