Position Overview
Responsibilities - Support the implementation of talent and learning programmes, including coordination of training sessions and development initiatives.
- Track and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and learning progress.
- Assist in conducting Development Needs Analysis (DNA) and compiling insights.
- Coordinate logistics for training, workshops, and leadership development programmes.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities, including digital and system-based processes.
- Maintain and update learning records, reports, and training databases.
- Assist in employee engagement activities such as surveys, 360 feedback collection, and event coordination.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs) and external vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery.
