Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee a team of supply chain professionals. Provides advanced expertise to support and manage day-today operations and long-term strategic initiatives of all aspects of the Supply Chain Strategy, Material Planning, Sourcing, MRP execution and Supplier Performance Management of technical products & services to meet business objectives, financial targets, and long-term growth plans. Manages a team of buyers, material managers and subcontracts personnel to optimize key performance metrics including requisition to purchase order (PO) cycle time, PO lines meeting manufacturing dates, pay terms, small business plan goals, and yellow/red suppliers. Over sees and supports implementation of strategic initiatives, as well as activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality.
