Description of Services/Duties:

Reporting to the Registrar & Associate Vice President, Student Life, the Manager, Student Support Services advances a culture of retention and is responsible for overseeing Yukon University services and initiatives that support student well‑being, belonging and community‑building. This key institutional leadership role advances and upholds student‑facing aspects of the University’s Wellbeing Framework and Action Plan while overseeing all student‑success operations and providing leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team.
