Role Summary

The Strategy Manager serves as an internal consultant and thought partner to leaders across League One Volleyball (LOVB). This role helps business leaders frame decisions, evaluate opportunities, structure initiatives, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. The Strategy Manager will lead complex strategic analyses, develop executive‑ready recommendations, and drive high‑impact cross‑functional projects across the LOVB ecosystem.
