What is the opportunity?We are looking for a high-performing and analytically driven leader to support the evolution of RBC’s Home Equity Financing (HEF) pricing capabilities.As Manager, Strategic Pricing Transformation, you will play a key role in executing strategic pricing initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and client value. Working closely with senior leaders across Product, Distribution, Analytics, Technology, and Finance, you will help develop and implement pricing strategies, support AI-enabled pricing initiatives, and contribute to the modernization of RBC’s mortgage pricing capabilities.
