The Manager, SRE will lead reliability and automation efforts for a focused set of Vertafore products or platforms (e.g., AMS360 & Sagitta OR CI/CD platform services). This role ensures operational excellence through SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, and automation, while managing a team of engineers.



Key Responsibilities


+ Product Reliability

+ Own SLIs/SLOs and monitoring for assigned products or platforms.

+ Implement observability tools and dashboards for proactive performance management.



+ CI/CD & Automation

+ Manage build/release pipelines and provisioning automation for assigned scope.

+ Reduce operational toil through scripting and automation-first practices.



+ Incident Response

+ Lead on-call rotations; ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis.
