**Summary** :
Proactively sources and negotiates contract opportunities to leverage the buying power of UNC Health Care System to lower the cost of procurement of goods and services. Categories of spend managed include EVS, Facilities, Marketing, HR, Consulting, Finance and Accounting, Food, Office Supplies, and other non-clinical services.

This position also supports UNC Health’s participation in the North Carolina Rural Organizations Orchestrating Transformation for Sustainability (ROOTS) Hub as part of the State’s Rural Health Transformation Program.
