The Property Tax Manager (Manager) oversees a team of Senior Consultants/Consultants to deliver property tax consulting services for assigned clients. The Manager maintains existing client relationships and focuses on property tax management and minimization opportunities. The Manager reviews and evaluates appeal positions, makes appeal recommendations and manages the appeal process for Ryan clients. This includes enforcing policies, standards and guidelines, researching tax issues, reviewing valuations of real property, negotiating assessment reduction and settlements, and the preparation and presentation of assessment appeals and supporting litigation....
