Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead and provide secretariat governance for Medical Board/CMB‑appointed clinical committees and workgroups; ensure agendas, papers, minutes and follow‑ups are of publishable quality.
- Plan, design and oversee quality assurance programmes, clinical audits and performance improvement initiatives (e.g., RCA, PDSA, Lean/Six Sigma toolsets).
- Provide institutional oversight of incident management, including triage standards, case review governance, RCA quality, and close‑out of corrective actions.
- Coordinate regulatory and accreditation readiness (HCSA/MOH, JCI); lead surveys and enterprise risk management/clinical risk management.
- Direct the development of dashboards, indicators and analytics for clinical outcomes and safety; assure data integrity and insights for decision‑making.
