Primary Role:

Odessa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Demand Generation Director to join our team and drive our digital marketing initiatives.
What you'll do:

Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns

Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Search, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified leads and increase brand awareness.

Implement and manage ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts, fostering deeper relationships and driving higher ROI.

Manage, allocate and forecast demand generation budget effectively to maximize ROI and ensure optimal performance across all campaigns.

Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
