As the Manager, Sales Development, you will be the architect of our BDR engine. Reporting to the Director, Sales & Business Development, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team responsible for driving our growth. This role is unique because you’re building and formalizing the end‑to‑end workflow, from inbound response to outbound prospecting and expansion. You’ll have the opportunity to audit and optimize our tech stack (Salesforce, intent data, and sales engagement tools) while fostering a coaching culture that turns BDRs into future sales leaders.
