Position Overview
Your Job Tasks:
implement global and local inventory management policies and processesorganize the collection of goods at the supplier to be transported to DyStar warehouses (Mannheim and other EU-destinations) or to the end-customerorder processing (incl. DoA-approval) and order monitoring until delivery (follow-up for goods receipt samples) including handling of supplier/producer complaintspreparing the product- and GHS-labels for the AUX-tollers incl. lot-number assignmentsupply/tracking of CoA and long-term supplier declarations to be issued by 3rd party suppliermonthly review of stock development (dead stock, slow movers, restricted/blocked quantities) to keep the inventory on an optimal level.monitor EU-sales figures to be able to determine the appropriate order frequency at suppliersdevelop supply concepts e.g. for small quantity business based on distribution reports
