Manager – Project Finance

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Manager – Project Financ e to join our Business Development team based in Bangalore, India. This role will play a key part in executing and structuring large-scale infrastructure and development transactions, including greenfield and brownfield projects, refinancings, acquisitions, divestments, and stake sales.

Candidate Background

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in:

• Project Finance teams within Developers.
• Investment Banking (M&A and/or fundraising experience.
• Financial Advisory firms advising on project finance transactions.
• Investments
• Private Equity
• Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, superior communication skills, and above-average exposure to investment transactions.
