Position Overview
The Manager, Procurement, Schemes & Grants, is responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, vendor management, and scheme/grant administration to ensure cost-effective sourcing, compliance with policies, and efficient utilisation of resources. The role also ensures proper governance of schemes to meet programme and donors' objectives. He/She collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet these objectives. Procurement To manage the central procurement unit for efficient and effective procurement of goods and services and effective management of contracts. To be responsible for developing and reviewing sound procurement policies and procedures, and internal control system to safeguard the SPD's resources and assets.
