The Operations Manager is the P&L; statement owner, responsible for guaranteeing and maintaining a healthy performance of the value center to which belongs to, considering aspects such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC), Finance, Technical, and other strategic aspects that will propitiate a sustainable growth and positive margin and revenues for the Operation. This role include developing and implementing tools in order meet and improve the Operating Plan, productivity, customer relationship, customer satisfaction, and people’s continuous improvement. As leader, must comply and promote the ITT’ code of conduct, values, policies, procedures and all applicable ITT standards.
