Role and Responsibilities

• Collate and report information on Market Performance, Knowledge, and Share of Market.
• Develop strategies on segments such as Self Employed Professionals and Non-Professionals, Employed, Rent Discounting Market, Non-Residential Premises, and Home Equity Loans.
• Audit and monitor team size.
• Ensure cross-sales and act as a point of escalation for Sales Support Manager / TM.
• Achieve targets for the team and individual members.
• Ensure NPE targets are met.
• Adhere to cost budgets.
• Expand territory, recruit Team Leaders and members.
• Monitor the Team Managers' DAR.
• Meet team members monthly without the TM to understand issues.
• Ensure roles of TL and Sales Executives are performed as defined.
• Sort out infrastructure issues.
