3+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Solutions Management
Strong coding ability (Java, Python).
Generative AI knowledge (LangChain, RAG)
Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI
Bonus: to have experience working within AI observability and evaluation.
150K OTE + equity.
