Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities:
To ensure Reliability of Tire Building Equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities by implementing GPS - RE methodology.Responsible for driving a crew of mechanical technician, Asst Manager Mechanical, Senior Officer Mechanical.Analysis of shift breakdown through why and RCFA.Implementation of good Countermeasures on breakdown. Shift management of mechanical team.Able to achieve reliability goals by improvement in MTTR & MTBF.Coordination within the Business Center with production and quality team to achieve plant's goal.Identity obsolete equipment's parts and its plan to upgrade.Repeated issues analysis and improvement activities
