About this Position

The Manager Market and Application Development will report to the Senior Manager Market and Application. The Manager Market and Application Development is responsible for operationalizing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of Henkel Infrastructure Protection & Repair (IPR) and portfolio to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams (including engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to phase in and out products that meet market needs and our strategic portfolio goals.

The role interfaces between sales, innovation and operation teams to gather and analyze customer feedback, portfolio trends, and performance metrics to make data‑driven decisions.
