Position Overview
Responsibilities
Under Listed Product Business Support team of Operations Department Handle daily tasks on trade, settlement and clearing for Hong Kong market and China stock connect, including but not limited to SBL, IPO and placement Perform daily tasks for market data management such as instrument creation, market price management, static data control, etc. Resolve operational issues and escalate in accordance with complexity and risk level Handle requests and enquiries from salesperson, regulators, auditors, IRD, etc. Prepare and review control reports, investigate exceptions and resolve Ensure fulfillment of regulatory compliance in day-to-day procedures Prepare and update procedural documents and handbook Propose and implement process improvement measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Co-work with peers, supervisors and business lines on product and business development initiatives
