Position Overview
Job Duties - Plan and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.
- Plan and implement appropriate tenancy mix.
- Make procedures for any upcoming Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) works.
- Manage existing tenancies, identify prospects and secure new tenancies.
- Establish and build networking channels with tenants and agents to achieve maximum occupancy.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants to secure favorable agreements.
- Manage existing tenancies, monitor tenant performance, and recommend actions to improve revenue.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships.
- Check and review tenancy documentation.
- Prepare, review, and recommend lease proposals, budgets, and reports related to leasing activities.
