Kingdom Abuse Survivors Project (KASP) is looking to recruit a Manager to lead our established and dedicated team in providing a range of counselling and support for survivors of childhood sexual abuse who live in the Fife area. The post holder will work closely with, and report to the Board of Trustees to lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of existing and new services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a range of stakeholders to improve the identification of and responses to the impact of childhood sexual abuse.
• Applying and reporting to a variety of funders as required.
• Organisation management of the service delivery staff, both paid and voluntary, including counsellors, response workers, befrienders, sessional workers, finance and administration staff.
