Position Overview
Job Description
Support the Team Head in shaping Broker and Agency onboarding, training, and development strategies aligned with company direction.Design and deliver training programs to strengthen product knowledge, professionalism, and production capability across channels.Conduct training needs analysis and translate insights into targeted capability‑building initiatives.Implement and manage programs such as class‑in‑charge, theme‑based training clinics, and lead management initiatives.Support monitoring of channel performance against production and activity requirements.Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance tracking, and stakeholder input, and recommend improvements.Develop and maintain training materials, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.Drive communication and engagement initiatives to activate and empower channels to become top‑tier advisors.
