The Opportunity

Endeavor Philippines is looking for an organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive HR and Operations Manager to provide high‑level administrative, operational, board, and HR support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in empowering the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities by managing day‑to‑day tasks, facilitating communication, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting board governance requirements, and assisting in HR processes.
