**Governance, PMO & Transformation Support (15-20%)**

+ Support the development, implementation, and operation of governance models for R&D-facing procurement initiatives, including alternate sourcing and innovation pipelines
+ Act as PMO support for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategy initiatives related to R&D and ingredient platforms
+ Assist with material sourcing transformation initiatives by supporting process definition, analytics, documentation, and change adoption
+ Track progress against defined objectives, milestones, and KPIs, providing clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders and leadership

**Market Intelligence & Analytics Partnership (15-20%)**
