RESPONSIBILITIES

**I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:**
• Oversees retail operations of The Queen’s Medical Center’s gift shops (Punchbowl and West) including on-line and remote services.
• Ensures effective operations while delivering outstanding service to customers and generating revenue for the hospital.
• Responsibilities include but not limited to: budgeting and revenue strategy, oversight of staffing, training, service strategy, inventory/product management, inventory and point of sale (POS) systems, reporting and compliance.

**II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
• Essential: finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking.
• Continuous: static gripping of an object for prolonged periods.
• Frequent: standing, walking.
