The ServiceNow Architect is accountable for the end-to-end architecture, design integrity, and technical governance of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that all ServiceNow solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards, SIAM operating models, and business objectives. Acting as the design authority for the platform, the Architect partners closely with platform owners, delivery managers, process owners, and system integrators to translate business demand into robust, future-ready ServiceNow solutions.
