Description

Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing facilities maintenance operations and personnel to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of site infrastructure. This role provides tactical leadership to maintenance staff and contractors and ensures alignment with site objectives, regulatory requirements, and Facilities Maintenance plans within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facilities maintenance personnel, including work assignment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety-related procedures, and SOPs. Support incident reporting and investigations. Ensure good documentation practices and accurate training records.
• Establish clear goals, priorities, and expectations aligned with Facilities Maintenance objectives.
