Manager, Equipment & Assets

Dawson Construction is looking for a Manager, Equipment & Assets who will lead an equipment maintenance program and provide sound advisement on equipment budgets and potential purchases.

The role is a permanent, full‑time position located in Kamloops, BC with a travel commitment of 20‑30%. It reports to the VP, Operations and involves planning, coordinating, and directing the life cycle management of all equipment for effective maintenance, repair, safety, tracking, and utilization.

What success looks like

• Work with construction and civil leadership on creating and implementing an equipment strategy.
• Lead the equipment and maintenance team in delivering services and support for operations.
