Manager, Enterprise CAB In this role, you will be responsible for the governance, evaluation, and authorization of moderate- to high-risk IT changes as part of an enterprise change advisory board. You will operate within a transformation environment and help strengthen our change enablement processes.

Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate weekly Enterprise CAB and TAB meetings, fostering a collaborative, disciplined, and decision-oriented environment.

Assess the quality, consistency, and rationale of high-risk changes submitted by sector CABs.

Approve or reject changes based on compliance, risk, and IT impact criteria.

Refocus discussions as needed, manage disagreements, and lead difficult conversations with confidence and diplomacy.

Collaborate closely with sector CAB managers, technical experts (TAB), change coordinators, and business stakeholders.
