The responsibilities of this role are:

Managing the project assigned which includes plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of project execution

Ensure that projects are complete on time, within budget and with highest quality

Coordinate with personnel in other departments, client, consultant, vendors, subcontractor personnel to review designs, prepare and execute recovery plans speedily

Assist Project Manager in the administration of contract, claims disputes, variation and final accounts

Provide on the job training for new project staff as well monitoring their performance and provide guidance during work execution

Submit regular management reports on the progress of the timelines and targets
