Job Overview

Our client is an investment fund management company looking for a Manager, Fund Accounting to support the business' financial functions including trusts and fund accounting. The role also supports corporate and management accounting as needed, working with external vendors such as auditors and the firm's third‑party fund administrator. Reporting directly to the SVP Finance, the manager will have direct exposure to executive management and a wide breadth of responsibilities across Corporate and Fund Accounting Trust accounts.

Responsibilities

• Trust Accounting: Maintain the IMS trust accounts ledger, preparing and recording journal entries; support team members in maintaining the IMC trust accounts ledger; perform monthly and annual reconciliations of trust accounts across Canada.
