Position Overview
**Responsibilities**:
- Develops training programs and learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies designed for classroom, self-directed and web-based delivery mediums; integrating adult learning theory and creativity into all design elements for the creation of an interactive and effective learning experience.
- Determines and develops appropriate training solutions for assigned projects, based on the outcome of analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience.
- Creates measurement strategy for client solutions to include the overall assessment approach.
- Designs and develops of data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training.
- Is responsible for all other duties assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience in instructional design experience
- Experience in the banking, mortgage, and/or financial services industry
