Key Responsibilities – Plant Cost Accountant Budgeting & Cost Planning : Support preparation of annual plant budgets in alignment with production plans and business targets. Coordinate with plant operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost projections. Cost Monitoring & Variance Analysis : Track actual plant costs (material, labor, overheads) against budget and standard costs. Analyze variances and highlight key drivers impacting cost efficiency, with actionable recommendations.
