Manager- Contracts

Penspen is looking for a Manager- Contracts for one of the Gas processing projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification 

An Engineering Degree in any discipline.

Experience Required

Minimum 20 years of experience in which 10+ years should be in the oil and gas EPC project.

Must have worked in the Contracts Manager role in large oil and gas project preferably in GCC region.

Good Knowledge in the regional legal and contractual terms and procedures

Previous experience in ADNOC project is an added advantage

Good experience in drafting and negotiating contract terms, claim management, risk mitigation strategies etc.
