Job Summary

 This role manages and directs large major construction projects (significant capital budget with 2 - 5 years duration). Has main accountability and responsibility for project oversite. Directs multiple teams including engineering, construction and commissioning functions. Has responsibility for and manages total project scope, schedule and budget from conception to completion. Manages necessary resources (including construction project managers, contractors, Dominion project managers, engineers, technicians, start-up and commissioning teams) and administration from within and outside the organization including contractors and employees. Responsibility for compliance with contracts (safety, environmental, technical, quality and commercial).
