Master's degree. 5 years or more of experience. Responsibilities

Direct and control daily operations. Evaluate daily operations. Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements. Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel. Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
