Post University is seeking a dynamic Manager of Career Coaching to lead career coaching initiatives for our diverse student and alumni population, primarily working adults advancing or changing careers.

In this highly hands-on role, you’ll lead a team of Career Coaches, drive student engagement, and deliver impactful coaching, programming, and career readiness initiatives that help students confidently achieve their goals.

Salary: $70,000 | Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexibility for evenings/weekends)
