Responsibilities

To manage the Capitec Direct department to achieve growth in market share and profitability for Capitec’s online sales, supporting the omni‑channel sales strategy and building and implementing resources, systems, policies, practices, methods and measures that will effectively drive the delivery of the sales strategy.

Experience

• 5+ years of management experience within an online/direct sales environment with a focus on omni‑channel sales; a proven record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, dynamic, results‑driven environment with frequent change.
• Experience in a banking, retail, e‑commerce or consumer goods industry.
• Financial services management experience preferable in a retail environment.
