Evaluate business performance and market trends, providing recommendations to senior management.
Oversee management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX governance.
Advise management on cost optimization, resource allocation, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and approval limits.
Collaborate across functions to support corporate initiatives.
Coach and guide team members as required.
