Manager, Account Manager

Overview

Account Management responsibilities for financial institution accounts. Includes but not limited to:

• Managing overall account relationship with banks
• Developing strong business relationships with heads of different business units and other key areas, as well as individual bank managers responsible for client portfolios
• Deep understanding of customer main priorities and strategy and ensuring execution
• Identifying and implementing strategies that grow MasterCard volume, revenue and share as well as supporting our customer’s business objectives
• Developing long-term strategies and tactics for customers to grow portfolios and increase their profitability
• Partnering across functional areas in LAC to deliver quality and impact to customer
