PROGRAM STRUCTURE:- Phase 1 (2 months) - Brand Immersion: Serve as brand ambassadors in retail locations (offline channel) or as TikTok Live Stream Sellers (online channel) at our headquarters.
- Phase 2 (2 months) - Talent Development: Spearhead recruitment and training initiatives for promoters or live stream sellers, either on-site or at our office.
