Job Description 1. To provide training support to Adult Educators (AEs) and learners subscribed to all WSQ Programmes.
- Sending out Sign-up sheets to AEs to facilitate tagging of learners’ Practicum, Coaching and Assessment sessions into the Training Management System (TMS).
- Sending out Welcome Emails to Learners and creation of Learners’ CANVAS account.
- Creation of Practicum, Coaching and Assessment sessions, in TMS, if required.
- Assists learners’ in reschedule, withdrawal and deferment requests.
- Check learners’ attendance, past modules’ results and approve results in TMS.
- Print and prepare assessment folders for AEs.
- Verify the accuracy of all returned assessment folders from AEs, update the Excel Tracking Sheet and pack the folders in boxes for mustering.
