What You Will Do

The Mall Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shopping mall and ensuring it meets its financial and operational goals.

• Prepare Retail Operations budget including capital, manpower, expenditure, and income forecasts for Board review.
• Review budgets frequently to ensure alignment with projections and take remedial actions for any negative variances.
• Utilize experience and market trends to deliver accurate budget forecasts for revenue and expenditure.
• Instigate and manage a service charge budget and matrix ensuring all operational expenditures are recoverable from tenants.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reports including re-forecasting, P&L, lease abstracting, and budgeting.
