This position assists in the maintenance operational success throughout the KETTLER portfolio and requires local and multi-state travel. The Regional Operations Specialist - Maintenance Technician, under the direction of the Senior Director, Central Business Office, must have the ability to quickly adapt, assess needs, demonstrate excellent customer service, and assist in maintaining all aspects of community curb appeal, preventative maintenance, resident and common area service requests, and physical site operations.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hour.
