Position Overview
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all maintenance needs including resident work orders, emergency calls, preventive maintenance, amenity upkeep, and preparing vacant units.
- Maintain property standards by keeping shops organized, managing inventory, performing light cleaning when needed, and ensuring all amenity areas remain clean and operational.
- Support operations through accurate logging of work orders, updating databases, monitoring contractor performance, and assisting the Maintenance Manager with budget responsibilities.
- Provide resident-focused service by communicating professionally, resolving requests promptly, delivering notices, and helping set up or clean up resident events.
- Uphold company expectations by following policies, maintaining a clean uniform and appearance, handling complaints calmly, and prioritizing customer service at all time
