Maintenance technician

Job Summary: Our Maintenance Technician is tasked with repairing a variety of kitchen equipment, managing HVAC systems to guarantee functionality, and to participate in general upkeep of a commercial facility. This position reports to the Director of Facilities and Construction.

The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with specialty knowledge in either HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, and/or Plumbing.  

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preventative maintenance and repairs on building equipment including HVAC systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, motors, compressors, and kitchen equipment
• Mechanical equipment repair, oil, greasing, belt replacing, and general cleaning of equipment
• Lifting Objects heavier than 40 lbs.
