**Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Machine Operator**

**Job Summary**

This role combines machine operation and maintenance in a manufacturing environment. You will run production equipment, perform basic repairs, and help keep machines operating safely and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate and monitor production machines to ensure quality and efficiency
+ Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
+ Assist with machine setups and changeovers
+ Perform preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections)
+ Identify worn or damaged parts and coordinate replacements
+ Maintain maintenance logs and work orders
+ Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
+ Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
+ Collaborate with production and maintenance teams
