**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician ensures that production machinery and building systems remain fully operational, safe, and reliable so that output and quality standards are consistently met. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment, as well as key building mechanical and electrical systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Ensure assigned production machines are fully production ready so operational output and quality standards are maintained.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on production machines, components, and tools, including blowers, motors, pneumatics, electronics, and conveyor systems.
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems with oven systems, induction furnaces, and automated/semi-automated manufacturing machinery to ensure production readiness.
